All payments are processed through Polar.sh, which acts as our official Merchant of Record and payment processor.

Your payment information is handled in accordance with Polar’s own terms and privacy policy.

We may change our pricing or plans at any time. Any changes will not apply retroactively to your current billing period.

8. Free Trials

From time to time, we may offer Free Trials for certain paid plans.

Free Trials may be limited to one per account unless otherwise stated.

After a Free Trial ends, your access to paid features will automatically terminate unless you upgrade to a paid subscription.

9. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings.

Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, your account may revert to the Free Version.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Using automated systems without our permission

• Uploading malicious code or viruses

• Infringing intellectual property rights

• Harassing, abusing, or threatening others

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Taurin, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

17. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taurin disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied.

In no event shall Taurin be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

18. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

19. Modifications and Interruptions

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from such interruptions or changes.

20. Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export control laws, regulations, and trade sanctions when using the Services.

21. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Taurin regarding the Services.
